Business for Scottsdale Charter

The Scottsdale Airpark Business News recently featured Sawyer Aviation and the increased activity at the Scottsdale Airport from the 2011 Barrett Jackson collector-car auction. Sawyer President, Chad J. Verdaglio, explained a large amount of business is expected every year from this event making it one of the Scottsdale Airport’s busiest weeks.  Events such as Barrett Jackson and the Waste Management Phoenix Open bring national recognition and tourism dollars to the Scottsdale Airpark, Scottsdale and other valley businesses.

Many visitors will again flock to this desert oasis to enjoy the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Giving another boost to the Scottsdale Airpark and the whole Valley.

Verdaglio explains, “We at Sawyer always enjoy the increased business from larger events held here in Scottsdale with both new and repeat customers looking for charter flights to and from these major local events. Not to mention, those in town from places that are cold and dreary this time of year realize what a terrific location Scottsdale is and also how close it is to all the other world-renowned destinations within about an hour’s flight from here. Places such as Palm Springs, Las Vegas, Aspen, etc.”

Many charter customers even elect to take in all that Arizona’s famed landscape has to offer via private aircraft by taking a quick flight to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater or just a local scenic tour to see the Valley at night. Sawyer charter customers have been known to even take quick flights to Las Vegas for dinner and a show returning the same night. Now that’s an exciting way to go out to eat!

Ultimately, the charter lifestyle is not as elusive as many think. Such a round-trip flight at sunset to Sedona for dinner can be as little as $1,300 for two. Charter flights are personal and convenient, everyone should experience it at least once.

If  you are somewhere where you have to shovel snow and have not seen the sun in days, you need to get away from there and come to one of Scottsdale’s many terrific events. Sunny golf courses are waiting.
