Terms and conditions for Sawyer Aviation gift certificates, customers must read before purchasing: Kickoff gift certificate issued equal to credit for Kickoff package items. Any refunds or returns for the Kickoff package will be accepted only if: 30-days from the date of purchase; the pilot kit has not been activated; if plastic seal has not been broken on pilot kit CDs; any items have not been used or are not in a “like new” and are not in a resalable condition. Condition assessed is solely at the discretion of Sawyer Aviation. Any refund will be made in the form of which item was purchased. No cash refunds.  Any refunded service or merchandise subject to a 20% processing fee. Gift certificates are transferable prior to any part of its redemption.  Credit expires one-year from the date of purchase (unless otherwise noted on certificate); otherwise all credits will be forfeited one year from the date of purchase (unless otherwise noted on certificate).  All flight and instructor time, in excess of package, will be billed at posted rates. While many who choose to obtain their private pilot rating do so and pass successfully, course enrollment is subject to client performance and not a guarantee of passing. Total course duration and cost will vary by client.  Offer may be combined with the pre-pay discount program. Subject to availability. Gift Certificates are transferable with valid gift certificate number, printed on certificate.  All sales final, no refunds available. Certificates valid up to one-year from the date of purchase or date printed on certificate, whichever is less.
